Booking with us
How do I book a China tour with you?
Send us your travel dates, the places you want to visit, who is traveling and your preferred hotel standard. We design a day-by-day trip, confirm your exact price in a free written quote, and only book anything once you approve it. You can start on the quote form or WhatsApp.
Why do tour pages show "price to be confirmed"?
Your price depends on your travel dates, number of travelers and hotel standard, and it changes between peak and low season. Each tour page marks the price clearly as a placeholder until we confirm your exact price in writing. Send us your dates and the quote is free, with no obligation to book.
Are your tours private or shared with other travelers?
Private by default. Your tour runs for you and your companions only, with your own guide and driver, starting on the date you choose. If you would like to join a small group instead, ask us and we will tell you honestly what is available.
Who can travel on your tours?
Solo travelers, couples, families with children, groups of friends and business travelers. Tell us who is coming and any needs such as child seats, step-free access or dietary requirements, and we plan around them.
Visa & travel documentation
Can you help with China visa documentation?
Where applicable, we can provide supporting travel documents related to your confirmed booking with us, and help you understand what your trip requires. Whether a document is needed depends on your nationality, itinerary and current visa requirements. Please check the current entry requirements for your nationality before booking.
Final visa decisions are made solely by the relevant Chinese diplomatic or visa authorities. We cannot and do not guarantee visa approval, and requirements change over time.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No travel company honestly can. Visa decisions rest entirely with the Chinese diplomatic or visa authorities. What we can do is provide accurate supporting documents for your confirmed booking where applicable, and tell you early if your plans may create documentation issues.

What languages do your guides speak?
English-speaking licensed guides are our standard offer in all destinations on this site. Other languages can often be arranged in major cities, subject to availability, and should be requested early.
How do payments and confirmations work?
Once you approve your quote, your booking is confirmed in writing with the payment schedule stated clearly. The terms for your trip are agreed before any money is due, so there are no surprises later.
Can itineraries be customized?
Yes. Every tour on this site is a starting point. Cities, pace, hotel standard, meals and special interests can all be adjusted, and a fully custom route built around your interests is our most common request.
